Hagen will lead revenue growth across enterprise clients, go-to-market execution and strategic partnerships as WealthArc expands its U.S. presence and advances its position as the independent global financial data infrastructure.
WealthArc, the independent global financial data infrastructure company, today announced the appointment of Dave Hagen as Chief Growth Officer & Managing Director, USA, based in the United States.
Hagen brings more than 25 years of experience across wealth management, financial technology, enterprise software and financial data infrastructure. His career has focused on helping financial institutions and technology companies modernize how data is connected, delivered and used.
At WealthArc, Hagen will lead the company’s global revenue and growth strategy, with a particular focus on expanding WealthArc’s presence in the United States, developing strategic partnerships and accelerating adoption among large wealth and asset management organizations.
Prior to joining WealthArc, Hagen served as Head of Growth, Wealth Solutions at Field following its acquisition of BridgeFT in 2025. As Chief Commercial Officer at BridgeFT, he helped scale the company’s API-first financial data infrastructure business across WealthTech, financial institutions and enterprise wealth firms.
Earlier in his career, Hagen held senior leadership roles across financial technology and enterprise software and led digital strategy, strategic partnerships and platform integration within Goldman Sachs’ RIA custody and digital wealth business.
His appointment comes as three shifts reshape the industry. Wealth is becoming more global. Financial ecosystems are becoming more connected. AI is changing how financial information is accessed, understood and acted on.
Each shift increases the importance of the data infrastructure underneath it.
WealthArc connects fragmented financial data across institutions, markets, asset classes and currencies, then transforms it into trusted, standardized and actionable information for applications, analytics, workflows and AI.
“Dave brings deep experience in exactly the areas that are central to WealthArc’s next stage of growth: financial data infrastructure, enterprise wealth technology and the U.S. market,” said Artur Kluz, CEO of WealthArc. “His commercial leadership and industry expertise will be pivotal as we accelerate global growth and scale WealthArc’s independent, AI-ready financial data infrastructure.”
“Financial services are entering a new era,” said Hagen. “Wealth is becoming more global, AI is moving quickly into real workflows, and the infrastructure behind financial technology has to keep pace. None of that works without trusted, usable data. What drew me to WealthArc is the opportunity to build that foundation globally and help define the infrastructure layer connecting financial data to people, applications and intelligent systems.”
WealthArc provides global connectivity, standardization, reconciliation and enrichment that help organizations turn fragmented financial information into a trusted data foundation without owning the complexity of the underlying integrations.
Hagen will represent WealthArc at Future Proof Festival, September 14–17, 2026, in Huntington Beach, California, meeting with wealth managers, technology providers, financial institutions and strategic partners.
