What comprises the onboarding of our wealth management platform, a cloud-based SaaS tool for wealth managers?  The first step is account setup. It involves creating a dedicated data base and storage in Microsoft Azure cloud, setting up named user accounts, uploading logo and necessary information such as your custom asset tree, investment guidelines and strategies.

The whole process takes between 24 and 48 hours. The length depends on the client's commitment - it requires them to provide the necessary information to our Onboarding team.  The initial phase is followed by setting up connectivity to custodian banks. This activity requires between 2 and 3 weeks.

Also dependent on client engagement - providing the necessary information speeds up this phase. WealthArc consolidates portfolio data from over 100 custodian banks, with new custodians being added every month.  

Once custodians are connected, we proceed to upload your portfolio data in the system from an Excel template. We feed the WealthArc platform with data from client assets, so the dashboard presents real data.  

To ensure that clients can make full use of the WealthArc platform's functionalities, we provide the necessary training - within 2-3 weeks we teach you how to use the portfolio management system and provide the necessary support.  That’s all! In 4-6 weeks you are fully onboarded, enjoying our user-friendly interface and saving time.
