We are looking for exceptional Inside Sales Executive to join our young and dynamic Growth team in Warsaw. We offer a work in unique start-up culture, in which creativity, passion and independence are not just welcomed but required.

 

What you’ll do:

The objective of Inside Sales Executives is to proactively reach out to, engage and sell online WealthArc solutions to prospective clients focusing on APAC and Europe region. They will manage full online sales cycle from prospecting, through activation (e-mail, chat, calls) and leading product demonstrations, to preparing, negotiating and closing deals. They will act as a liaison between clients and internal product; customer success and development teams to ensure that prospects will convert into full paying customers.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing full online sales cycle
  • Proactively reaching out to prospective clients across globe through different online channels (e-mail, chat, video, calls)
  • Delivering online product demonstrations using conference tools
  • Preparing, negotiating and closing deals
  • Being a customer voice for product development team
  • Updating CRM and databases on a regular basis

 

What you’ll need:

  • Experience as Inside Sales / Account Executive in a tech company
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (Polish not required)
  • Strong understanding of online sales processes in a tech company
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with online sales and conferencing tools
  • Experience in CRM management and reporting
  • High level of self-organization and persistence
  • Interest to further develop within financial industry
  • Access to the newest sales methods and tools
  • Exposure to an international audience and global projects
