We are strengthening our business development team to lead the digital transformation of the wealth management industry.


WealthArc is the fastest-growing SaaS platform for wealth management professionals in Switzerland. Built on the cutting edge technologies, it is the first Swiss WealthTech solution offered in Software-as-a-Service model, which disrupts a very conservative private banking industry.

With offices in Zurich and Warsaw, we are looking for exceptional Business Development Specialist to join our young and dynamic sales team. We offer work in a unique start-up culture, in which creativity, passion and independence are not just welcomed but required.


What You will be doing:

  • Generate new business growth through network development, new client acquisition and retention
  • Participate in pre-sales calls, create and deliver presentations tailored to our clients (in person or online), provide written proposals and subject matter expertise
  • Support Head of Sales in sales meetings, running strategic projects and making business decisions


What You will need:

  • German native speaker; fluency in English, both written and verbal – mandatory requirement
  • Experience in sales team or on a similar position is desirable
  • Motivation and goal-orientation, drive for maintaining a dynamic business environment
