Currently we have offices in Warsaw and Zurich. We’re partnering with private banks, financial advisors, family offices to help innovators leverage latest technologies.

We’re currently looking for a Administrative Assistant.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible person who will:

  • manage documents and files
  • schedule and coordinate meetings, events and other similar activities
  • order office supplies
  • provide support to People Operations and Finance
  • assist in various daily operations
  • perform general office support

 

You are the one we’re looking for, if you:

  • have previous experience in office management/administration/HR support and eagerness to develop in those areas
  • are multitasking, independent, flexible, and reliable
  • are an efficient communicator and organizer
  • speak fluent Polish and good English
